What do I need to do?

We will need access to your AmegoWorld account for this purpose ONLY, we won't keep any details after we have sent you your new Amego.

1. Change your AmegoWorld password to a temporary one.

2. Find a picture you like* and attach it to an email (just click on the link in 4. below when you have read through these instructions)

3. Include in the body of the email your AmegoWorld login, the temporary password and the colour of your eyes

4. Send the email to amegos@swoopy.com . By doing this you acknowledge that sending us an email to make your Amego authorises us to access your AmegoWorld account, and you confirm that you will change your password on receipt of your new Amego.

We will make your new Amego and place it in your AmegoWorld profile for you to use. If there's anything wrong with your picture we will let you know right away.

5. When you have received your new Amego you can change your password back to the original one. That way your AmegoWorld account is just as private as it was before. We won't keep your login details once the job is done.

* Choosing a photo:

• Ideally you should be looking straight at the camera with your mouth closed

• Your whole head should be showing, with no obstructions between you and the camera

• Choose a clear, well-focussed shot with colours and contrast you're happy with

• Don't forget to tell us what colour your eyes are

• Sorry, but we can't handle pictures that, in our opinion, may cause offence to other AmegoWorld users.
